PASTOR'S PAGE Sacrifice I was sitting in the orthodontist's office this morning waiting on my son. The radio was on a station paying tribute to those who daily sacrifice for the freedom we enjoy. It was a great reminder for me that freedom comes at a tremendous price. Each and every day men and women put themselves in harms way to help preserve freedom. I thank God for the men and women of the past and today. I also took time in the orthodontist's office to reflect on the price that my Savor was willing to pay. The Bible tells us that "He humbled Himself, even to the point of death, even death on the cross." He took my place. I deserved death, not Him. He sacrificed His life in order that I could have eternal life. Thank you Lord! Thad
